Due to the nature of metalwork, items may contain sharp edges, heavy components, or rigid materials that can pose a risk of injury if handled, installed, or used improperly. By purchasing and/or using our products, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for proper handling, placement, installation, and use.

Customers are solely responsible for exercising due diligence in determining a safe and appropriate location for the placement and use of all products. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring stable surfaces, appropriate surroundings, and minimizing potential hazards to others.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, our products are not intended for structural or load-bearing applications. Any weight limits, usage guidelines, or recommendations provided must be followed. Failure to do so may result in damage, injury, or failure of the product.

Certain items may be climbable or interactive in appearance but are not designed or intended for climbing, play, or misuse. Adult supervision is recommended when children are present around metal objects. Our products are not toys.

For any product requiring installation, the customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring the item is installed securely and appropriately. Professional installation is strongly recommended where applicable. Iron Promise LLC is not liable for damages or injuries resulting from improper installation or inadequate mounting surfaces.

Metal products may change over time due to environmental exposure, including but not limited to rust, patina, discoloration, or surface wear. Proper care and maintenance are the responsibility of the customer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron Promise LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use, misuse, placement, installation, or modification of any product.
